Vintage embossed cardboard diecut Halloween decoration.
First issued in 1941
Great Cat with top hat and monacle design done in classic Orange, Yellow & Black.
Marked Made in USA and copr. H. E Luhrs. Normal tape marks. Crease on bow & ear. Also marked in pencil on the back Suzanne 5 (the 5 was the original price of five cents) Suzanne has apparently traced the cats features in pencil as well :)

Measurements:
9" tall by 6" wide

 Condition:
Good Vintage condition - as described above!
