I am pleased to bring you my One of a Kind
(OOAK) Halloween art. I have hand painted a vintage metal
gameboard in traditional Halloween colors of Orange, Yellow,
Black and Cream. This tin gameboard dates to about 1950 and
comes with the 2 plastic drawers that slide inside to hold
all the pieces. Most of the pieces are also included --
missing one green marble and 2 black marbles. Also 2 of the
red plastic checkers are damaged (still useable
however). The top side of the board is for Chinese checkers
and is painted with silhouettes of a cat, witch, bats,
cauldron, spider and skull. The side is striped with black,
cream and orange. The other side of the board is for
checkers and has been painted with my signature Moonhallow
Spooky Landscape painting. The gameboard has been
completely hand painted using high quality acrylic paints
and then sealed for durability. All of the desings are my
originals and were painted freehand without the use of
stencils, paint pens or markers -- just me and my little
brush :)
This gameboard (and one of my ball ornaments) is pictured in
the book "Halloween Tricks and Treats" by Matthew Mead -
released at the begining of September :) ---
